The north London home of Contemporary Applied Arts trustee and artist Natasha Kerr is full of 'meaningful objects'. The result is serene, welcoming and effortlessly elegant.
Natasha works as a photographic textile artist, where her work often involves family photographs or mementoes woven in with fabric and colours. Her pieces are intensely personal, with arresting stillness to them - and her home carries a similar feel.
Natasha has chosen to build on its history to create a home that is both timeless and warm. Using a pale colour scheme makes an ideal backdrop for her collection of art. It's clutter free as only a house without children can be, but you get the feeling that Natasha would never keep anything that wasn't important to her.
